What is Matcha?
Matcha is a finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves, traditionally grown in East Asia. At least that’s the Wikipedia definition of Matcha! We think it tastes awesome and we’re proud to serve Matcha beverages as a staple drink at Crema Coffee Co.
All of our Matcha comes straight from a farm in Kyoto, Japan. We only use ceremonial grade Matcha (the better grade), and we’re in constant contact with the farmers to make sure we get their best stuff.
